Independent Living Advocate
Job Description

On-call/fill-in positions are available for flexible people, with the potential for permanent PT/FT employment. All candidates must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday to start. Pay is $23.15/hr. to start, ranging to $27.30/hr. Medical, dental, vision (premiums paid in full for FT employees), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), 403(b) retirement, and more benefits are available.

Responsibilities

Provide support and services to people with developmental disabilities in their homes and community. Work as part of a cohesive team to help clients achieve their goals and lead successful lives.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. Must be motivated, self-directed, and eager to learn. Mental health, chemical dependency support, ASL, or related fields of study or experience all appreciated.

Case Coordinator
Job Description

The Case Coordinator position includes all of the duties of the Independent Living Advocate and also provides expanded case management services for one of our clients. This is a full-time position and experience or equivalent education is required. Pay is $26.50/hr. to start, ranging to $30.50/hr. and includes full benefits – medical, dental, vision (premiums paid in full for FT employees) Flexible Spending Account (FSA), 403(b) retirement and more.

Responsibilities

Document, train and support clients to meet their goals and implement the Residential Service Guidelines (Health and Safety, Power and Choice, Community Integration, Relationship, Status and Dignity, and Competence).

Requirements

Must meet requirements of Independent Living Advocate job description, demonstrate initiative and have at least six months’ experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
